Oh! dear you must feel worn out at times. Poor Wiley hopefully he soon forgets. I am so glad that the gales have passed by your area. There seems to be terrible weather surges that frequent areas with disastrous consequences. I suppose in the old days it happened and only those near knew .

I must say there is beauty in that photo. A different kind of beauty than the bright colors of some autumns, but definitely beauty, just as there is beauty in the love and life that the two of you have together....not easy, but beautiful.

Kabu - I sorry you had such a rough night last night...
Fall is coming on strong here, starting tomorrow. We are supposed to have heavy rain from a hurricane down south. Gosh, just like that it's here! Not fair. More like winter. Stay safe there with those winds and cold.

You may yet get some beautiful fall color - all it takes is a few days
of chill, shortened periods of daylight, and not too much wind. Then the leaves will cling and brighten and you'll get your touch of glory. Hugs to you and to Wiley - and here's to a good night's rest for the two of you. It's good you can still make it to the meetings.
