we all burn out if we go crazy with work. I did that once while nursing...working two jobs and attending University part time. Crazy and when something tells you enough it is a great relief. I used to worry a lot about you when you did not take a holiday for all those years.

70 hours a week on the job is a bit much. Not much time left over for
relaxation and contemplation, let alone catching up with the laundry.
