He really looks like he is a nice lad. Yes it is a pain our Wiley would have mopped it up ,no problem. Of course it all falls on you, try not to overdo it. Could not get through to you on Gmail. Remember Jackie Casey she keeps sending me messages through Messenger but I don't know how private that is.

Sounds such a pain in the neck... But at least it was just a plugged-up outflow, and not a real plumbing (expensive) problem!
