Sorry to hear this Helen . Poor chap ,but as you say better to tough it out at home where he at least knows the way around. I know someone whose husband is not quite so bad as our Wiley but she is talking of having a stair-lift installed. I can see her hubby falling down the stairs.

Do you all have pallitive care programs through VA or home health? Would allow you to have a RN come and check on Wiley 24/7 and get medications without going to Dr or hospital. I know you can evaluate just as good or better but an impartial pair of eyes and a direct line to the doctor who won't question her credentials takes a burden off your shoulders. Love and Light surround you both
