Whew! A couple of times we thought that about my old, old grand-uncle. It seemed he was always old from the time we were lilttle. The weird thing is, he never changed looks...

Well, I'm happy to read that he was not in fact "cold" and was
able to keep working after a nap at his age. And happy for you that you didn't have to remember that spot as the place where your co-worker died.
