I'm betting the showers you were hoping for got stuck in the
Midwest pipeline and fell to earth in the form of ice pellets and snow. If you looked for a golf course in Michigan or Wisconsin, you'd need to use orange golf balls and wear snowshoes. Too bad there's not a great way to make something useful of the mud you slurp out of the car wash, something sculptural, maybe made of clay.

I would have thought you would get some of our moisture.....It was sleet and snow all day long...sometimes I couldn't see the house across the road.....
