Reading you, I haven't noticed anything missing from your writing. Often times, the writer tends to feel something that the audience feels is still there.

I think it is a little of everything you mentioned. I find myself these days looking back a lot and feeling melancholy and just blah about today. I need to find that something that is missing also.

Begin to focus your writing on what is missing because it probably is missing and could be a key to your joy and peace.

It's not just you and it's not Wiley, it is life. Life continually has its ups and downs, its special times, and its times when feelings want to roll up in a featherbed. No one can stay on top of the world all of the time. If one were always up and never down then up would never be up anylonger, it would be flat and dull and boring.

When helping to care for someone unwell, it adds a stress. A lot of people have left Blogit even since I've been here. Makes me sad. I think Wiley will perk up when the weather is better, and you both will feel better.

A.) It's winter. and 2.) Wiley's been under the weather.
Spring is almost here, the winter blahs will give way to Kabu's Aussie Spirit soon. I really liked Corbin's idea - nachos and flamenco guitars would fill the bill. And in the meantime, chocolate. I recommend smooth, dark chocolate drops with lush centers...

A Lot of Truth there......
There's been a lot of people leave Blogit....perhaps they left to do a real "Blog"....some have passed away like Joe & Ariela.
Now that I have been slowly shutting down my business, setting up an in your face political blog on Wordpress....set up a bunch of ads on the sides and see what happens.
But I'll still have Blogit....because there are so many that I have been involved with for 13 years now...."The Blogit Family"
