It is a shame how much of a pain the bureaurcracy is to deal with. No matter the country, the problems of government remain the same it seems.

I think you have made two rants this week.I am keeping a check as one rant only is usually allowed. Damn now I have made mine for the week. I hope it is not contagious. I can see one silly little tulip bright red I suppose the snow protected it from the hard recent frosts.

It's good the one lady is a help. All those folks coming and going is too disrupting. Vut you do need a bit of respite time. Sounds like spring is on the way.

The good news is that one of the govt. assistants is actually helping.
The other good news is that spring and some gorgeous weather is almost here, and you'll soon be enjoying the birds, the flowers and being outdoors without boots and coats and scarves. Woo! Hoo!
