Glad you h ave a car wash phone and that it's nice. I am curious about what Dad thinks of the modular homes. I've heard pros and cons. And it sounds like business is good!

Thought of you yesterday during a news broadcast - there were
two separate incidents of shootings - one a family dispute and the other an attempted robbery - at car washes. Neither of them was in Baltimore, though, so my hopes that y'all were unharmed have been fulfilled. Stay warm.

we had some snow last night but today it is down down down in the temperature. had to go out, nearly died of cold.
