LOL. Fun story. Wonder what I could do these days with a shift and a clutch and a car with power. Perhaps a demolition derby.

Love your story, dear S. Sister! So fun and a delightfully different post! This race will have to end in a photo finish; a tie! However, may I suggest that it's not over yet. Our contestants still have a long way to go, I think. But they're spunky enough to give us a thrill watching the race! BTW, they are both winners to me, along with some other very special folks in Blogitsville!

With two such well-matched opponents, both racing in support of
a good cause, it's impossible to guess which one crossed the finish line first - but probably safe to say there were no losers...
