Well I am luck RP my brother Arthur started building our computers after he looked inside and saw how messy some were. We still run 7 tried 10 but could not rate it.

  Sadly I expect most new ones will have windows 10. If you are not too hot on the systems I would get one from a local vendor where at least you could chase them up if things go wrong. I always find the simplest method if things seem dodgy is to just do a restore it is quite simple and more often than not will sort the problem out.

So sad. I had just got my little laptop trained to my ways and now who knows what I will get back...if I ever get her back.good luck dear. Wiley' computer is quite decen tho/ I dare no do more than use Blogit and Fb. His is  levono ideapad 300. Aeems to be quite elderly friendly although he hates it....but some of that no all of that is Wiley

The thing I find whenever I venture into a Best Buy or Office Max

or some other computer vendor, is that the sales guys are millennials, they speak geek with fluency, but do not understand how to relate their tech genius into old-fashioned words or take it one step at a time. Here's the on switch, here's how you get to 'start' - here's how you get online, etc.  Being from the greatest generation ain't always a walk in the park, if you get my lingo.
