I guess one has to try and fight these things. Poor chap it is a constant battle no doubt.
Try not to get out in the cold too much.Arthur keeps telling me that older people do not feel the cold, but it is dangerous for them . I have rigged a heater up in the greenhouse and the cat likes to lie under it in a box lined with am emergency blanket and my jumper.
It started purring today first time, I think someone spent a lot of money on it as it it a fuss pot.

I wish Wiley well in finding the proper dosage for himself...We are getting some snow. Nothing on the roads but some on the grass. The good news is that they are salting, so if the weather works out, we could be getting busy.

Oh, I think PTSD is the cruelest illness - it attacks heroes mostly
and seems to curse what deserves to be a blessed life. Bravo for Wiley that he's fighting for his own peace of mind. As for the convenience food, it's actually not much more costly than the stuff you have to peel, chop, cook and clean up after, especially when you add in your own work time. I found a brand of frozen chicken strips (Purdue) with no hormones or GMO, takes about a minute in the microwave
and along with a salad or a bowl of soup (could also be a sandwich) makes a meal.

After my attack and subsequent skull fracture wotking in the prison, I am well aquainted with the problems of PTSD. I wish both of you the best with the problems there.
Do you buy and ship your gifts or buy them online and have them shipped?

Your packages look so pretty.
I sure don't cook much any more. I did make a pot of cauliflower cheese soup today from some cauliflower that I froze half of a while back. Then Ribcage got in the kitchen and made us some chicken sandwiches on crusty French bread. So, I think we will last til morning. I sent Wiley a message on Facebook.
