I live about ten blocks from a Michigan State Police post and they go by my place all the time. They get a lot of speeders going past the school which is about half way between the post and my house. I know where they sit and avoid being goofy around those spots!

Yes, they have their quota around here also. And when it's time to reach it, one sees them all over the place, and boy, you'd better watch out!

It used to be that way in Australia as well with the police. I have no idea now.
