It was Macy's who had an issue and had to go to cash only also. Hope it's fixed.

Maybe it wasn't your system but the big credit card company being
overwhelmed by a rush of Christmas shoppers. I read about some retail store, might have been a Walmart, where they had to go to cash only. Hope that's the end of it and your processing works from now on.
