Your quick-thinking and quick-acting boyfriend saved the day!! After the ride, surely you told the operators of the ride what happened. What did they say? What did they do? Let us hope they immediately shut down the ride and fixed the safety bar, rather than keep operating.

Re: Kabu
Yes, that was a close one. Thanks for the hugs, dear Kabu Those rides just aren't for me. I would never have ridden it had I known what it was like.

Re: FSI
I'm not fond of heights either. You would have hated this thing.

Re: CCT
It was nearly beyond terror. The date and I both were okay, just unnerved. That one you rode seemed awful, also! Yikes.

I have done kid roller coasters but never the big ones. I am scared of heights.

That was a terror ride for sure. Amazing how lax things were. What happened to the date? The worst one I rode on was the big wheel I was amazed when we halted high up and I thought it seem funny the bar that was suppose to be a safety feature looked like sawn-off nail poked through the side bar. Goodness it made me feel giddy riding that one of yours.

Dear sis, Presta
Oh that must have been so scary alright, but thanks to your date, strong and a quick thinker, that he saved you and himself from a disaster. As for me, I still love the thrill of a roller coaster ride. Of course these days there are belts.
