Environmental friendly is definitely going to attract someone like myself luv. BTW can you do some posts on driverless cars. I just cannot get my head around what that means or why. and can you possibly let me anyway know what the point of a driveless car with no one in it couldbe????

One has to be positive, if I were in your shoes I would buy ground and let it increase in value. I have seen too much money lost through ploughing it back into new innovations.
