In the beginning a new system often has glitches but I'm glad it's easier now. I remember the very first emailing I ever did! LOL! That was a big deal at the time! Now it's truly laughable that was ever the case.

I can imagine that a system like that would produce many glitches, but you have clearly dealt with them and have adjusted well...

One has to be a bit hard in business,actually I would rather deal face to face than over a phone.
