Well I never go into a bank unless something needs changing. One I went into recently kept me waiting and then the staff were niggly.

You hit the nail in the head. They cut the lowest paid help, raise AtM fees, make it difficult by having long lines, and then wonder why more people aren't banking there. And cut their top execs higher paychecks...

Good points! My bank (I wish!), where I do my banking we have the same problem - not enough tellers at certain times of the day. That's when I go when it's not busy, and only when I want to flirt with one of the tellers...
