I wasn't offended... your writing was just too good. It hit home having had to watch someone die... it's an unbearable thing to witness. I believe those that say it's peaceful are simply trying to comfort others.
I do like this story much better.

You did not offend. It was how it is. Of course we like to think we can motor on forever even if we have no brakes and have run out of fuel. Not many can say they have a true love when they are 93. Kabu sorry, it just made me laugh. You are really a sweetie.
