Well about time that you made an acquaintance with them. Try not to swear at least in the garden, it makes them nervous. The trouble is you have built your reputation up as a WITCH. This makes me feel a bit apprehensive as to what your real motive is. Don't wave that broomstick at me.

I think the faeries may be in observational mode, keeping an eye

on the new queen of Camelot North - and no doubt so far they've liked what they've seen, but they do have long memories of that other one, and caution is the better part of valor. I'm sure one twilight soon you'll see their shimmer and shine by the light of the moon - if you happen to be up that late...

I think this could be the seeding of a most excellent story, dear Kabu! I absolutely love this post. And I haven't had a good dry Martini in many a long year - my uncle made 'em perfectly, but he's long since gone!
