I hope the headache was worth it for Wiley, to have a good report
from the medic and a great seafood meal. I know I'd have terrible trouble trying to drive a right-hand car in England or Australia with the driving lanes opposite from the American continent. I'm ready for more temperate weather. Shouldn't complain about the heat - at least so far it hasn't gotten so dry we have to worry about brush fires.

Well you can see if you take it easy especially food wise, it helps. I am doing my small bit by not putting any fat on my bread. Hopefully also not putting it on any other places .
