If I didn't know better, I'd say it all happened on Friday the 13th.
But seems to me you had what we, in Denmark, call a "Tycho Brahes dag" (day filled up with bad happenings, like things breaking and all that stuff till you actually fall.)

Well you have 9 more, not even counting toe nails. I think you should wear some knee protectors if you tumble they will save a lot of pain. It is this wretched wind here it takes 2to 3 hours just to wet the plants, as i said to Arthur I don't know why I keep scratching around like this, I could be on a luxury Liner but it would be so boring.
