Have you tried...
clicking the 'Back' button on your browser, until the toolbar shows up? I know, that this almost always happens to me, so I was wondering if you just assumed it wouldn't if you did that.

Yep, I tried it that way too.
I don't know if this could be it, but I don't have a whole lot of memory on my laptop and my desktop is out for service....so I'm thinking that it MUST have something to do with it. I had slow loading and running times and now, I don't have toolbars, can't C/P, etc.
