Fairyville is always a pleasure, as are gardens.

I also love dragonflies!
There are so many different kinds, and I have also heard that in larval form in ponds, they devour mosquito larvae. In fact, geek rumor is that the dragonfly larva with its double mouth and generally bizarre looks was the original model for the Alien in the ALIEN films. Glad to be so much larger than a mosquito larva! And that dragonflies are smaller than they were in ancient times.

Well it is all coming to life again. I don't think snow hurts the plants as much as frosts.
Slugs are the menace here, as soon as there is a drop of rain out the come, I hope my frogs will make a difference this year. That girl is a good little worker, got to look after them as I know you do.

Chipmunks always seem to have a way of figuring out where the seeds are.

Re: not here they don't
they work hard on eating the mosquitoes and if you looks at their beautiful transaprent wings they are really lovely. They don't bite it is just the name that probably frieks you out.

Sounds like Wonderland
Perhaps, if Chief Vandepeer stopped by, he might show you a picture of a girl named Alice and ask:
"Did you see this girl around lately?"
Lol.
(Sorry, I couldn't help it)
