we raised rabbits and I hated it when my husband would kill them as you know they multiply fast

Pigs are quite intelligent, so I have heard. I could never eat sausages but the occasional bacon butty does not seem so sinful. A lady once told me they ate pigs tails Did you?

I'm assuming that none of them could fly... ;)
BTW, I shoveled out the barn behind the cows when I lived on the farm, and didn't mind it - I guess in those days being around animals and their output was situation normal.

Oh, this is all fun to know! You're a trooper, tending the pigs. I didn't know that about them liking beer and thank you for telling us about what it was like on the farm. I can see how nursing duties didn't faze you; it's the helping care for people that is you. Great post and great picture, dear Kabu.
