Just everything is such a lot of bother these days, and takes so much time and energy. I'm so glad to turn things over to sons whenever I can, and I appreciate the fact that they are so good about helping me out. You seem to handle everything really well.

There's always one who thinks they know everything and will offer but when it comes to actually doing it he/she is nowhere to be found when the work needs to be done

Wise to get a sale MM if the chain breaks it is a worry allover again. Nobody ever gets top dollar. Sometimes i think I was once offered a house for 6 grand I expect it is 400 now.

You poor love, and considering that you won't be getting anything from the sale either. BIL I think would have a fit if you asked for a fee for work done. LOL. Winding things up like this is a sad and busy time as I remember.
