I suppose you could grow more flowers that enjoy wet conditions. plenty around. I put my hand on the soil here yesterday and it felt warm so hopefully it will ward of any late frosts. The hard one we had a week ago played havoc with the vines up country.

Once in a while, after a really long, hard rain, my housing lots next door flood out...I have a feeling it is going to be a rough mosquito season this year.

I do hope the sun comes out soon there, dear Kabu, and that the water dries out, and no more mosquitoes arrive. As for the tulips, perhaps they need sun to get their colors. I know that white asparagus is white because it is grown without much light.
