We are all interested in how you are doing and offer our support. I'm so glad you did go for it and tell us the truth. I once heard that it's better to just spit out the truth about things like this, illnesses or absences, because people will probably imagine far worse...

Maybe one day you will be able to share with us what was so bad for you that it threw you into a deep depression. We are a special group here, i cannot write for others but i have a great deal of affection for long time writers including of course yourself. I feel that i have watched you grow up and you know that I hold you in my prayers. xx hugs from Aunty Kabu.

Well I has OCD . It was miserable, I had to look for things lying in the road and removing them as I thought they might harm someone. I knew it was not rational. It was invoked by a sad accident, a little girl was run over. I did not experience any feeling much at the time, but it was there bleeding amongst roses. The mind sometimes reacts strangely to what has been hidden.I am sure each episode of depression is weaker than the previous one. The mind adapts, after all it is on your side.
