Do write them I hope they will be therapeutic. Have there been others in the past? Be well, soon.

Depression City is not a nice place
And I'm sorry to hear you spend time there, my friend.
I sure hope you'll get away from that place as soon as possible. But do yourself (and me) a favor: Don't stress, because getting away can take a long time.
And I cross my fingers that your therapists are great at their jobs.

You are doing all the right things, FSI. I feel you'll bounce back from this episode even stronger than you were before!

I knew something was wrong. This is deep depression and I just want to hug you love. Don't worry about having some medication to help you to ride out this episode (I take happy pills every day) otherwise I could not cope with the loss of my Son and my Dr. understands. here for you always FSI. You can email me here from blogit if you want.

Oh so did Phillie experience them. The blueberry fig newton in a story was one more reason than she had. And, you too have a successful family level of money and the quality of life. So get thinking with thinking, continue kid. You're up to it! Your blog pal Bill.

It's okay to be depressed. The best advice I have received is that it's okay to sit in the dark for a while (as long as you're not a danger to yourself). And to always remember that the light will come again! Talking to a safe person or writing is always good. And your friends here are always here for you. Reach out if you need us.
