So bad he has both. These I believe are adrenaline and seratonin problems, both affect the gait.

Sadly Parkinsons so often brings Dementia in the final stages as the diseased brain deteriorates. i am sorry to read this.

Well it was sorted that's the main thing, nothing is 100% perfect . You might to like to search this blog for a clue.
