You really have an amazing mind...keep this just in case...
Oh and in the deserts of ourback Australia when rain comes there are fish in the water so quickly. They grow and breed and lay their eggs in the mud as the waters dry up and the eggs lie in the baked earth for years waiting for rain so they may have life. Not so different really to your poem.
