I've always said this business of self-driving cars is crazy, 'cause the passengers no longer pay any attention at all and start reading or knitting or such, or even have a nip or two! I think you should still keep your hands on that thing - you know - the steering wheel...

If I ever get another car, I shall get a self drive and then if it sneaks off the road it won't be my fault. Good for you standing up like little fire monster. I bet they did not like it. Hope the Boss didn't get shook up.

Our Internet has been fairly reliable over the years. About once a year, it acts up for a bit before correcting itself.

Your ditching Cherry must have been upsetting, I hope you're well-recovered from that by now!
My adventures with AAA yesterday were not so pleasing, but it was warm out and actual assistance was a short walk down the road.

you are a brave soul to go out in the snow, we get very little but I hate to go out in it and sometimes it takes a bit of a push to get out of my drive way

Funny, isn't it, how the "children" start to talk down to you when they
see the silver threads among the gold in your hair. It's like you've suddenly gone simple after years of solving complicated problems and dealing with entrenched bureaucrats and just living... It feels good to strip down to your Wonder Woman costume when the occasion calls for it! Hope the car is unstuck and all the medical tests / samples have been done and you and Sir Graysome are enjoying the updated jingle toys...
