- Go to I suppose with this weather I am just a couch potatoe.
There was a divorced lady who lived down the street many years ago with three teenaged boys, all had Cystic Fibrosis. Sad.

that sounds like an interesting show that you are watching...I have heard of cystic fibrosis but do not know anyone who has had it. I do wonder with a disease like that (Or Huntington's for that matter) why when parents know that there is a disease that runs through the family that they continue having children.

It's ok to sit back and enjoy every now and then without feeling guilty

I keep getting up every now and then, marching in place with high steps, boxing into the air, flapping my arms in every direction of ROM and anything else I can think of except getting down on the floor. I hate trying to get back up. Then I sit back down in my recliner, put my feet up and watch another program or read another chapter in my book.

Kabu
You can always introduce a little variety into the menu! Rather than being a couch potato, try a carrot for a change, or a turnip...

This post brought back memories! Mik was losing weight when he was first born and I kept breast feeding until my nipples were raw it seemed. He kept crying and crying. We took him to the doctor and they test him for cystic fibrosis and it was negative! He asked us what we thought and we said we thought he was hungry. Sure enough he went on formula and all has been well since then! But, so frightening in the beginning! sam

May I recommend a spot of digging by moonlight. It is just 6pm here. Chumpet has posted his first poem and he still does know if he is allowed to strut his stuff.
There are some real good programs by David Attenborough or something like that my brother said one can get them on I player. Little goats on mountains with nasty foxes trying to nobble them. Did you know some mountains are 5 miles high, I didn't.

I wondered about that Midwife program, but don't get Netflix,
so I just graze in the fields nearby...
