Do what you love and the money follows...you seem to love being there with your dad as well as he loves it too...that is all that matters

One day at a time i expect is all we have. Never say never but on the other hand responsibility and debt can be very difficult for some people to manage.

unless the parents/grandparents are paying for the education people have the right to do what they want.  Not everyone is cute out to go to college, but make a succes at something else

All that matters really if one is moderately happy in his or her life. Nothing goes on forever. More money is made by selling one assets than it is by working.
