Lovely post and the quotes are beautiful. Its winter time here as well, best time for outdoor activities and a lot of events happen during this season. I am in Mumbai and attended a Literary Fest last weekend. Listening to authors , musicians , historians.... people had come from all over the world to give talks.... A quote I read on the wall in one of the halls stayed with me.... "Great artists know that their job is to reduce the distance between two human beings" :)

Cannot say that I go overboard for mince meat or minced meat, I wonder what is thrown in and forgotton. Now when minced meat was home made the Sunday joint etc . That was the real thing. Enjoy yours though Taps the taste is the teaser.

Yeah books - what can I say? Other than that I find my Kindle coming in very handy as well...And I love mincemeat! Did you know there is a version that actually has meat in it?
