It never is. It's ridiculous that they want you to sit there for at least 5 hour window convenient for them.

good trip, you don't want pipes to freeze and all that entails. Well I haven't experienced that but Wiley warns me all the time.

Make friends with your neighbors, hopefully you have done this before you bought the house. If I was moving I would go into the local and treat the oldest residents and then ask the history.
