Re: C_C_T
And thank you. Daisy chains were fun to make. The Gypsy Horses are beauties; perhaps they must be free. How interesting for your father. Well, better to befriend them, I would think.

Time does store all our memories and laughter and sometimes it brings out lovely poetry like this CC.

Re: Kabu
Yes I remember him Kabu. I think he was the one you nearly clung to on the back of his old motorcycle. I know it isn't fair but I know most of your past love affairs if they could be called that. I remember you crawling down into the pyramid and also kissing the Blarney stone. Of course and meeting tremulously our dear Wiley. Oh! that makes me shiver. Be happy.

Re: RPresta
Thank you RP. May you have Daisy chains around your wrist. I hope your horse is well looked after. There was an interview with a woman who speaks for the remaining gypsies
who still travel to horse fairs. She said it is becoming a problem to look after the horses once they would have grazed the roadside, but not much chance of that now and farmers are not very pleased if they see horses in their fields. My father was made a blood brother to a gypsy when he was a boy he said they cut their wrists and held them together.

Re: FS
Thank you FS. Some of these are obvious rehashed repeats, but I try to write different things in between. It is much harder for those who have to call up a poem from scratch. Although once before I came to blogit I wrote a poem every day for about one year.

A very deep, reflective poem, I find this to be.

Lovely CCT. It is best not to go back years later. I met up with a guy I would have walked across cut glass for at one time. years later I met him and he was fat and he smelt sour and he shot animals with a gun for fun!!!
