Best wishes to all of your Darlin's..

Starting out in adulthood is an exciting time. I have a too-thin problem; never had any weight issues until this lung disease hit. Breathing takes so many calories. Anyway you are a lovely lady inside and out. Hope the smoothie plan works the way you want it to.

My Mom taught me never to comment on a lady's weight - so I won't start now, LOL...But I certainly wish your grandkids the best of luck...

I am glad that you all feel better.  6  stone Hm'  What do you aspire to be 9 stone.

Never mind good luck to the kids, I wish I had received an education. But one can't carry a monkey on ones back.

I agree - I hope they do really well in their lives and I really hope you reach your desired weight - as long as you are healthy that's fine with me. I hope Wiley John is much better too - sending love his way

We could lose the weight if only our metabolism was as fast as it

was when we were 25 or so... I think these days I gain weight from water LOL.  I know your hard workers will excel in their academic careers and get where they want to be. They've got good genes.

Congratulations on the smoothie succes

But be careful not losing too much weight, even through smoothies.

I will cross my fingers for the young ones, and hope their dreams of the future may come true.

As long as they keep aiming for their goals, there will always be a chance and hope. No reason to make the dreams become a nightmare.

I am sure all the walking kept you fit. It's all about the balance of food and exercise. Easy to say; difficult to do! I had thought you to be tall, S. Sister! I am 5'2" and no, one can't carry much weight at our heights. Congrats on losing 21 pounds from the smoothies! You will lose the rest, I am sure. Just don't go to 84 lbs. again!
