It used to be an apple, I recall, but I guess a slice of ham will do. Maybe a couple of poached eggs to go with it, and a few tomato slices, nicely fried in butter, with plenty of oregano. Hell, she might as well add some toast and a cup of tea or coffee - teacher's choice...
