Hi Taps once when I was a young soldier I jumped intp a carriage just as the train departed. i looked at a sign that of course was backwards it read 'Ladies Only.' I don't think they make them like that now,

So you took a choo choo train to imagination with a third class ticket riding in a first class cabin - sounds like a fair bit of adventure there with the champagne too and I thoroughly enjoyed the poem.

Yes, I thought of Thomas the Train also, as did Kabu. But I do believe this train is a bit more adult. It's hard to come back to reality sometimes, with or without a train. LOL!

I liked that. I like trains. I have ridden on a lot of them in my lifetime, from steam engines with caboose to streamlines. Don't ride anymore but I like to watch them and listen to them, and remember.
