This warm weather has been something. For us, we have been getting lots of sunshine. Overcast days have not been around much the last three months.

This heat is displaced and strange; up until this year, by early October,
my a/c would be off for the season and windows opened for cooling, fresh air. Not now, as hot and humid as August here. I read an article in Rolling Stone mag. a few days ago about the growing evidence that climate change has not only definitely arrived, it is getting worse quite rapidly; 90 feet walls of fire and a new phenomenon, fire tornadoes in California and western U.S., relentless rain, high winds and flooding - super-storms - elsewhere. I think it's true but I'm not doing a "the sky is falling" yelp - yet, lol. Anyway, glad you and Wileyfriend enjoyed a lovely day together, Dear Kabu and are refreshed and re-energized..

Sounds like you guys are also experiencing a spell of very unlikely
weather - we had a record-breaker here yesterday, warmest temp this late in the season since the 1880's when records started. 92 degrees here, the weather guy on Channel 5 was calling it June-tober.
