I like how you arranged your poem with the four line stanzas at first before they give way to lines. That does a great job showing gthe flow of thoughts of the speaker.

This reads like a dream... very dreamlike images and flow, confusions and sudden alterations that make a strange kind of sense... Kind of like Charlie's 'devised performance.' And the last bit brings it full circle around to proving the point stated at the start.
