Some people have an innate sense of negotiating. Some take more time to learn that skillset. The day may come when you take on the Big Money. Or not. The point is, you can see both sides now. And good for Dad!

Yes it seems your Dad makes up his mind and goes for it, I still think he was lucky.There again nothing gambled nothing gained.

I once tried to take on the ABC; the Government television channel in Australia. I was in the right but lacked the money to win. I wouldn't even try anything like it again. Your Dad was very brave and i am glad he actually had a win in the end.
