I can relate.  My Mom and I are in a lawsuit against Capital One bank,  that has frozen her accounts.  We will have our court hearing July 29.  Our lawyers know the Judge and are sure he will make the bank lawyers release the money.  We are talking about over a million dollars here.  I hope this judge is not corrupt,  like yours apparently was.  Maybe you should appeal,  to get it in front of another judge.

Sorry about the lawsuit loss but appeals usually send good money after bad

Yes, I have experienced that sort of thing. And now I wonder if the Appeals Court judge was any different...

sounds very much as though the judge was in the pocket of the Oil Company. No surprise there. Sigh!

Really! Six months to decide the suit had no merit? Some judge...
