- Go to Organic doesn't always work well in this country.
Slugs or bugs you could use organic slug pellets and Pyrethrin spray whch is present in
pyrethrum flowers. Our Dahlias would be eaten alive if we did not control the slugs.

Coke? Maybe you should try Pepsi! The raccoon - well, have the Gnomes do something useful for a change...

I am sorry about the bugs and creatures tossing thing about and eating your garden. Here there are rabbits, assorted other wildlife creatures, bugs and birds; all of which eat a garden of food and flowers. Very frustrating.

My paternal grandfather had to deal with rabbits in his garden...It reminds me of the Married with Children episode where rabbits keep pulling Al Bundy's carrots in his garden to the underground.

Mix a little diswashing liquid in a spray bottle - it doesn't taste good to
those bugs, won't hurt the environment... If it's only on the leaves, the butterflies will still enjoy the blossoms...

Awww...don't feel too badly. Mum has a woodchuck roaming her property, so her garden has suffered as well. And chipmunks have been digging burrowing holes throughout, too! I know animals can be a pain when it comes to the garden, but they don't know any better. I'm sure that little critter wouldn't want to hurt your feelings!
