The trouble with my peonies, was they were so heavy that they just hung down and only showed the tops. Modest I suppose. Nice shot though, can we see Chippy one day? People are funny, one would have thought Wiley being generous, well I guess they have all had it so good.

I know exactly where you are coming from. I keep pretending to everyone here that I am hale and hearty, but I'm sure they can tell. Your flower is gorgeous. May you not have to wait much longer, and may the rest of your day be ever so pleasant.

A lovely picture and a most beautiful flower. I hope you company arrives and their visit goes well. It is kind of Wiley to give the tools away. They will appreciate them in time. Not worth getting upset over them, dear one. Your garden is beautiful.

It is beautiful! And unless you had told us, I wouldn't have known it was a peony! I only knew it wasn't a tulip, a rose or a dandelion...
