Re: FSI
It's a mixture of volue and profits, feedback (of the anecdotal variety), trade magazines and car wash conventions.

Is it relatively the same throughout the country? Or is it regional?

I love these glimpses into businesses I have no knowledge of .....beyond that of a consumer. And that is what I am wondering now....do y'all get customer surveys, or news of them in the industry, to determine needed changes or "tweeks"....or do you go strictly by the volume and profit results to determine what works and what doesn't?

Re: Lanetay
Warmer eason holidays (Independence Day, Memorial Day, etc.) are the slowest days of the week. Colder weather holidays do are slower as well, though they often have a big burst for a bit if there is salt on the roads.
