Wow! Wow! I'm so glad that was done for you. So much snow for you. We have had less than an inch for the whole winter season. Everything is so dry and everyday is a red-flag fire warning (no-burning) day.

That is delightful that they have cleaned your driveway, but are you sure nothing can hit me if I close my eyes when entering the highway? Loll

I like watching snow removal in action. I find all of that equipment to be cool. Those guys get to play with machinery a lot of kids played with as toys, although knowing the snow removal people I do, the excitement of that wears off quick.

Wow, glad you guys can get out a bit safer now!..:)
But I've done that eyes closed thing along with breath suspended too when I couldn't see but had to go sometime this century. The add on increases your odds of survival, just a tip..

Wake up it is 7,30 am here . You call that snow, I remember. Go back to sleep.
Couldn't you have a traffic signal outside your gate. It seems very reckless just shutting your peepers and driving out. I hope you do not have to pay for road clearance if we did here we would shovel the snow back onto the road. Sorry! You I can see you are asleep again.

So you're closing your eyes when you're driving? Good idea! Always give the eyes some rest, I say! Save them for reading...

Unfortunate case for me
With our snow plow. He piled all the snow at the end of my driveway and I couldn't get out.

Hmmm - yes. Closing your eyes should do it.

Great job, good idea to use a front-end loader...
St. B's across the street has two recycle bins at the fence line along the parking lot, and they back up against the wrought iron fence that runs along the brick street. Every Monday at around 6:00 a.m. - an hour or so before the fleet of moms & dads drop off their children at school, the recycling truck maneuvers back & forth in the lot, uses its big old front-end thingie to lift the bins and empty the recycling into it's bin, then drops the big metal bins, which shake, rattle and roll. Nobody who lives on this block needs an alarm clock.
