I have had the winter blahs and have been very non-productive.  Someone gave me a book to read sometime back so I thought this would be a good time to get comfy and warm with fuzzy blankey and hot tea and just read.  I'm about a third of the way through it and so far every person in it, except for the heroine, has died, the Titanic has sunk, WWI has begun, immigrants to Ellis Island are bringing horrible illnesses into the country and the heroine is volunteer nurse and has just found out that her husband of two years is homosexual and is devastated.  It kind of suits my mood on a cold, windy, overcast day.

At least you will come out of this with a stronger immune defense

against all the people who should have stayed home but probably couldn't afford to. At least they should wear masks. Though maybe a bank wouldn't allow that.

I know I'm in for the miseries if I forget to Flonase. It's not a cold,

seems to be some kind of ongoing allergy thing, but it's off-putting for folks coming up to the front desk when I'm on duty at the center.

You poor little thing I always avoid sneezers and sniffers if I can. I hope I do not catch it by this visit. You see I think that you are probably living in quite a germ free environment and not being exposed to little half germs like we uns, you have succumb.

I know this probably gives you a headache to read, but have a little medal for bravery.

Kabu

A tall glass or two of rum with a bit of lemon helps! If you don't have any around, you can skip the lemon...
