Re: Re: Kabu

Gnomes and faeries abound. Yes my garden is a haven for birds and bees, chipmunks squirrels and whatever else passes through.

Nice

I looked at it both ways and still it is an awesome expression of a garden that once was until Nature does what it does.Good job!!!

Re: C_C_T

Well RP. your explanation was enlightening. It does really improve an excellent poem. Be happy

Well, CCT, I beg to differ in that you most definitely are qualified to express an opinion; you read, you write, therefore, you opine with cogent quality. :) In other words, your opinion is very much valued.

OK, you wonder why I would write of summer's heat and gardens in the dead of winter? Because that is when I think of them...LOL. Again, I shall annotate this one.

Re: Kabu

Is there always something a bit magical in each year's garden?

Lovely poetry and I can't wait for our garden to come out from under the snow.

I love my garden, now covered in Snow. I wait for a late Spring so I can dig and hoe.

For me, the temporary end of the garden brings about the feeling of emptiness.

Well RP no one ever dares criticize  on this site. The last poor chap who did was driven off would you believe. Sometimes when I trawl through my old poems I delete lines which I think are uncomfortable. I like your work it is fresh and oddly satisfying to assimilate. Not that I am qualified to express an opinion.
